5. If you are buying, our negotiating service can help you get the property at the best possible price with all costs included. If you are selling, we will provide an expert appraisal with competitive, accurate figures in order to make your property more appealing to buyers.

6. What are the best practices when it comes to legal services, surveying, architecture or brokering? Companies that offer competitive prices and are reliable are bound to have good reviews. These companies would be your best bet when looking for these kind of services in your area.

Guidance to Exchange:

1. Throughout the required tasks of the conveyancing process, we provide guidance and advice for instructing solicitors, surveying properties and liaising with all parties involved. Agents, surveyors, brokers and lenders can be provided with information about your property if they want to sell or rent it themselves.

2. We are working with you to ensure that the contract exchange process is done smoothly and quickly without any unexpected setbacks.

After Exchange:

1. Our architects and developers work closely with us on design related tasks, and we can also oversee site visits and provide estimates for projects relating to renovation or development.

2. When you need to carry out a large-scale project, we offer a time and cost effective project managing service that guarantees your property will be completed on budget and on time.

3. Check in with the architects, surveyors and contractors during a visit for a development or refurbishment project. Provide guidance and advice on the project.

4. If completion times are unusual, we can take care of key handovers for you and attend home demonstrations as well as managing the inventory where needed. 

5. With a professional property management service, you can benefit from a variety of services that will take the weight off your shoulders. We'll provide tenant searches and viewings, offer negotiations, verify references and paperwork.
